Do I need a PayPal account in order to use online bill-pay? No, you may pay online with your credit card without registering for an account. However, setting up an online account will allow you to use your checking account to make payments, and it will allow you to securely save your information to make future payments faster. If you do not want to set up an account, simply click "continue" on the bottom left-hand side of the window.

How do I get the option for online bill pay? Simply click on the "Contractor" link on the Home Page, and click "Make Payment".

What advantages do I have with online bill-pay? Using the online feature is faster than dropping off or mailing a check, and you receive instant confirmation as proof of your payment. If you set up a PayPal account, you can even pay directly from your checking account.

If I opt to pay my bill online, do I still receive my statement in the mail? Yes, you will still receive a paper copy of your invoices.

I just paid my bill online, and received a bill in the mail a few days later, saying I owed the same amount. What is going on? We send billing e-mails on the same day as we mail the invoices. The e-mail should arrive a few days before the mailed invoices. If you received a confirmation e-mail saying that payment was received, then we know that you have paid. You may still wish to look at your invoices to ensure that you have been billed the correct amount.
